Volleyball Tournament

106.5 The Buzz is again hosting this great coed tournament on the shores of Lake Michigan. There will be two brackets, Competitive Coed 4s and Recreational Coed 4s. Cash payout to top three teams in each bracket. Enter a team or come and be a spectator. Regardless, it's guaranteed to be a great time!

Generations of Light Music Festival

The Friends of the Senior Activity Center (“Friends”) will be hosting a FREE, all-ages music festival titled Generations of Light. Music headliner is Rick Derringer with other bands playing throughout the day. This event is a fundraiser for the Friends of the Senior Activity Center which will profit from the sale of brats, burgers, beer and traditional festival foods. Additional activities include face painting and crafts by Above & Beyond Children’s Museum and other artists, information and food vendors.

Significant support for this event has come from Community Bank & Trust and the City of Sheboygan. Other sponsors include Johnsonville, Robert Kuehl of H.C. Denison Co., Dr. Christopher Larson, and Horn’s RV.

The golden age of racing is featured at this 40th Anniversary of Can-Am, and the Historic Grand Prix Spectacular F-1 race cars. Synopsis: Starring Dustin Hoffman and Jessica Lange, Michael Dorsey is an unemployed actor with an impossible reputation. In order to find work and fund his friend's play he dresses as a woman, Dorothy Michaels, and lands the part in a daytime drama. Dorsey loses himself in this woman role and essentially becomes Dorothy Michaels; captivating women all around the city and inspiring them to break free from the control of men and become more like Dorsey’s initial identity. This newfound role, however, lands Dorsey in a hot spot between a female friend/‘lover,’ a female co-star he falls in love with, that co-star’s father who falls in love with him, and a male co-star who yearns for his affection.

Home of entertainment in downtown Sheboygan since 1928, the Weill Center is almost as fabulous and breathtaking as the performances it hosts.
